This is the start of my raw food diet week two and I would really like to improve upon last week. Someone suggested to me that I need to add more greens, so I am going to concentrate on that. I also need to actually start exercising because I only did that one time last week.
8:00 AM- I haven't been hungry at all so I have just been drinking some water. I really need to make some master cleanse drinks, but I am feeling a bit too lazy to go over to the kitchen and juice some limes.
8:30 AM- Decided to drink a smoothie in my pursuit of more greens. I made it out of 3 bananas, 2 oranges, 3 tablespoons of wheatgrass powder and 1 tablespoon of alfalfa powder. Alfalfa powder is 20% protien and 15% fiber and contains 16 amino acids, 13 trace minerals and 13 vitamins.
11:00 AM- I wanted to get more serious about working out so I spent 20 minutes on my $200 Stamina Magnetic Resistance Recumbent Bike. I feel much better after working out on it. It works very well considering the very low price tag. Plus, it was eligible for free shipping so it was a great find.
11:30 AM- My husband came home from work super hungry so I made us a smoothie of bananas and pumpkin seed butter to fill him up. These smoothies always stay with me for a good while so I shouldn't be hungry again until late afternoon.
12:30 PM- Wanted to share another video with everyone. This was a part of the "Diet Wars" episode on the Tyra Banks show. They took two women and put them on the Raw Food diet for 3 months. Only one of the women stuck it through the whole 3 months, and she looks AMAZING! You gotta check it out.
1:00 PM- I am experiencing some pretty bad intestinal cramping. I am not sure what is causing it, but it is quite painful. I know I have some serious health issues in my colon, so it is possible something is working on getting better in there.
1:30 PM- I will spare the details, but after a series of bathroom experiences I feel much better. I want to help my colon to get better so I am having a P&B shake. Plus, the P&B shake will help to absorb and carry out any toxins I have stirred up in my body.
3:30 PM- Ate two slices of sprouted wheat bread. I wish I had some avocado to put on it, but the avocados at our local grocery store are horrible.
5:45 PM- I was researching online and discovered that Amazon has Pesticide Free Hass Avocados for sale. The price isn't too bad since it includes shipping. That works out to be $1.39 each with shipping included, which is a bargain for being pesticide free. I am ordering some tonight and will let everyone know how they turn out.
6:45 PM- Ate 4 apples for dinner. I sorta went on a fruit bindge, I started eating one and they tasted so good I just had to have more and more.
Today has been great, I am feeling really good. I noticed that my semi-double chin has dissapeared and now I have a nice streamlined chin and neck.
