I haven't been doing very well with my diet. It seems as though I went off of the very strict raw food diet I have been eating a lot of things I know are not good for me.
Which, really frustrates me because I want to be healthier. I think I gave myself a bit too much freedom in the food department. Saying I am going to be 80% raw leaves a huge grey area for me.
Do I want 80% by weight, by calories, what? I am going to work this week on making a food menu that I will follow, because I apparently need more structure for my meals. When I eat without planning, I find myself choosing unhealthy foods.
I will be updating in the next day or two with a menu I plan to use for myself.
